Patches: Gas attacks

The gas attacks are really fun, at least for us. They had a way of trapping you between the attacker and the cloud and getting you killed. While this was fun for me, I think others didn’t enjoy it so much. This will make it happen far less often. 

Also tied particle effects to specific bones on the character so that blood spurts are more realistic!
